In addition to hands-on massage treatment, all session of massage therapy can include time for assessment, testing, discussion, reassessment, and instructions for exercises and home-cares.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. To respect the time of our therapists and other patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations without proper notice will be charged the full session fee.
Please note that email reminders are sent 48 hours in advance to help you assess your availability and health. If you’re feeling unwell, we encourage you to cancel as soon as you receive the reminder.
Missed appointments due to illness will only be exempt from charges under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the clinic. Additionally, we do not bill insurance for missed or late-cancelled sessions.
